Allow existing emergency contacts to be edited

Currently, emergency contacts need to be deleted and then re-entered if any information for the contact has changed. It would save time if the contact can be edited and not need to be replaced.

    Hi Joe, thanks for giving the additional detail. I think your comment and vote would be better tracked on this idea https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12CO-I-1168 which has to do with more functionality in the school forms. I'm going to close this idea since we have already implemented the ability to edit without having to add/delete.

    While there is now an edit function from the contact card for existing textual emergency contacts, there still needs to be an update to the functionality of Emergency Contact School Forms to allow updates.
