Have the tasks in Settings appear in alphabetical order

There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to the ordering of the tasks in Settings in Core (or onBoard for that matter).  Please alphabetize these so they are easier to locate.

    We have a navigation overhaul coming after this school year.  We won't specifically be making things alphabetical but the menus will be getting restructured a bit and it should assist in the spots that have way too much going on.
