The size of the default tiles on the resource boards (Group Finder, Lists, Reports, Apply) are not consistent and they push everything around them so that nothing lines up in a neat grid.  I would very much like those 4 tiles to be the same size.  It would also be helpful if those sizes were made available so that I could make the images on any tiles that I add the same size.  This way everything on the Resource Board would look neat and line up in a predictable, attractive way.
