There are so many times, that I have cases that are not urgent for a chat, and I know will need some time to research and just entering a case to help lower BBK12's chat channel volume makes the most sense.
Please bring back to ability to submit a case online. The documentation in Case Central shows this is still an option to add a case.

Gives us new central case management location. Prevents us from creating new cases from said case management. Doesn't make sense to me either.
This functionality is here or back in the revamped Case Central. The Create Case button is in the top left above the case number column.

Another wrinkle is off-hours tickets. When I come up against something when support isn't open I just want to submit a ticket and move on.
