When a large event used an Event Registration form to register, but was canceled and refund is required there is no good way to produce an accurate list of card holder name, street address, city, state and zip code. A business office requires a better audit trail than can be provided when issuing the credits electronically. Having the ability to pull list including the card name, street address, city, state and zip code would allow a check to be issued as a credit in an accurate way.
