More Granualar Control of View and Modification of Created Sky Lists

It would be more helpful to be able to give a more granular access to individuals for lists that have been built in the sky lists.  The options currently are limited to allow all to view or manage or nothing.  There may be certain lists that are built for only certain departments or individual to use and not necessarily needed for other users of the lists. Also more granular control of what areas of lists information would be helpful to allow more clear separation of duties.

    This is a very high need. 

    Need to be able to filter and select from lists in almost all areas of reporting and also in lists.


    Should be able to filter by grade level, or course, or class section, or school and then select a subset of students from the filtered result.

    This is an everyday use need.

    The old lists (basic/advanced) had the ability to create and share lists with specific users or roles, which would help with this request. It also has a button for List Admin where I can view, edit and manage shared lists from other users without having to impersonate them. The lack of these options is a real hurdle if you want us to migrate to using Sky lists.
