The only options available for SKY lists are "no one else can access", "others can view", and "others can manage." I would like to be able to restrict visibility and edit access to specific users without necessarily granting access to everyone with rights to view SKY lists, similar to how rights to view and edit advanced lists can be granted individually by user.

There are lists that need to be used by admissions staff, for example, that are not relevant to everyone with access to candidates lists. However, since admissions has more than one staff member, the only option is to select "others can manage", even if the lists are of no relevance to other staff.
