Be able to clone/create hierarchical relationship types

Most of our international students have bio parents back in their home country, and local host parents along with an agency that works between the parents and school for things like paying tuition and signing enrollment contracts.

It would be incredibly useful to be able to create roles such as "Host Parent/Host Student" and "Agency/Client"

      I think this should be merged with https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12CO-I-1543, as it's for general customizing capability for the relationship table which would ideally include this.

      Currently we use the "step-parent/step-child" role but the Host Parent/Host Child makes so much more sense.
