Increase data import processing capacity

During days that have higher data import volume, I've experienced hours of waiting in the queue for files to process. It would be extremely helpful to increate the data import processing capacity to prevent having to wait hours for files to validate/process.

    We are painfully aware of this fact today. Support said they are in the process of upgrading this functionality soon but I have not noticed any difference. Also, the 5000 record limit is false. I have had to chop my files into 1000 records at a time to have them complete without errors. The downside of the waiting is that I can't have my users updating records (admissions office) during these uploads or the entire upload file will error out. Blackbaud, what is the status of this upgrade?
