Send notification for approver that Official note has been written and waiting to be approved

Currently, Our official notes that teachers write sit in the 'pending' list because Admin do not know that they have written them. A notification to the approver would be super useful that would take them directly to approve the Official Note.

    Please make this happen and merge all the common requests! This is a non-negotiable for the functionality of Official Notes at our school.

    This is so important. The Official Notes that require approval on our end tend to be sensitive in nature and are important for communicating student concerns. Expecting the approver (our Academic Dean in this case) to constantly be checking for Official Notes 'just in case' isn't going to be a workable solution for us.
