It is confusing for an Admissions members to sometimes receive Official Note replies through email (if the parent responds to the email) OR through the system (if the parent replies in the system) of having to go to Official Notes > Unread, etc. The Official Notes notification of a response should either be through email ONLY or ONLY through mySCH > Unread.
