Notifications Core Sent History

There should be a section that shows when notifications in CORE were sent to guardians, the date/time it was sent and who they were sent to. This way we can know who sent it.

    You can view the notification history for a user by going to their profile in Core and selecting 'View Communications'. Additionally, under Communication -> Notifications -> Notification History, there is an overview of all notifications sent within a specific timeframe/type/etc.
