Most standardized test scores report scores by student name and test_ID (i.e. ACT_ID, LAST, FIRST). In Blackbaud, the bulk test score import template requires to import students by name and User_ID/Host_ID (Host_ID, LastName, FirstName). The issue is matching the student test scores with their Blackbaud IDs when the test score files are often misspelled and contain disinformation. Other platforms automatically match students in the database with the data from the test score file with a 95% success rate.
