There are instances where schools want to restrict recipients of school forms beyond the standard Parental Access level and target only the key parents who are responsible for signing enrollment contracts. If basic lists had this this filter capability, a smart group could be created allowing schools to target these parents across the entire school through a group without the need to run reports and manually add recipients in a rather tedious fashion.

Having such a filter inherently within the school forms would be even better but a basic list would also do the trick in a pinch.

Alternatively, being able to target school form recipients using a saved Sky List like we can do with report card and transcript generation might be a better fit as we continue to improve and rely upon Sky Lists more each year.
