Students shouldn't be able to completely remove themselves from the directory Merged

I would like the ability to stop students from editing their privacy settings (at least to a degree).

There needs to be a baseline amount of information that is shared with teachers, which should be set by the school, not the student.

    By the same token, there is some PARENT information that teachers ALWAYS need to be able to see regardless of the parent's privacy settings.  Really, we just need to be able to mandate that some information be available to whatever employees we choose.
