Not Returning report needs further detail

I would like a report that is similar to Contract Hold that would be Contract Not Returning. Specifically, I would like the Not Returning report to show the following data: Name, Grade, and Reason for Not Returning.

    Julie - I just experienced this, and YES it is still an issue! I put a student as not returning, but the contract reminder still went out to the parents. We must put it on hold, delete it OR expire it so it doesn't show.

    One of the issues is that just marking a student Not Returning does NOT keep the contract from showing to the parents. Contracts on HOLD do not. Is this sill an issue?

    We've decided to use the "hold-other" category for not returning students - this keeps the contract from showing to the parents and no reminders are sent. In addition, the Hold report now shows all of the contracts which have not been issued.
