Contracts for individuals marked as "Not Returning" should not appear in Generate Contracts list

If a candidate/student has "not returning" checked on their contract record, their name should not appear when the school needs to generate a contract for a new candidate/student.

      Hi Sarah,

      If the contract has already been generated - which is often the case - does
      this mean that the family will not get reminder notices as well?
