School Forms: One form per family

Currently we can send forms to parents of students. We can require only one signature per form so only one parent has to sign the form. I would like to add a function to group family members together. One form per family.

Our school would really like it if topic gets some attention and gets updated soon! We are families that have multiple children and they are having to do double the work! Thank you!

So needed! Any news on this? We have some forms that are "household' based (e.g., volunteer agreement) and we need a way to make this easy for families. Thanks! Looking forward to updates.

This is still needed. Will it be addressed with the new "Household" designation?

Would like to vote for this again. Still needed.

We really need this as well. 25% of our families have more than one student in our school. This is another example of how this system is NOT designed for K-12.

I second Jennifer Blair's comment!  You would think a school database management system would understand that a family form would be better customer service than making parents complete a form multiple times.

This would solve so many of the issues we have with Profile Forms and dual household families! It would also make it so much easier for our multi-student families, especially with regards to emergency contact information, grandparent information, etc.

We want to capture update Grandparent Information but I do not want families withe two or three students to have to complete the form multiple times.   When you have six grandparents and threee students this will be too much to ask parents to enter!!!!

    This is essential!

if a school form is sent to both parents and only one fills it out (which is as it should be), the other parent gets reminders that a form is due. We need the option to send school forms to 'families' not only 'parents of student.' We need both parents to see it, but not all of them to sign it. Not having this ability to categorize a form by family means that when we send reminders the second parent is reminded to fill out a form that parent 1 has already signed.

We require all parents to sign, so this would be even more useful for us.

Would be a enhancement to Recipients/Regarding/Add... an option to target "all students in family", with checkbox for school divisions probably.  So, results in "all lower school and middle school students in family", leaving out upper school students for example.

Would also help to then refine the display of "User Regarding" block, to streamline it, so that "first name, last name, suffix, birthdate," which are the ones we usually show, do not stack up 2-4 times vertically, with a lot of suffix blanks. I know the vertical pattern was for mobile optimization, but would be nice to bring back some responsive design, to go horizontal if wide enough, and vertical when narrow.

Might also need a checkbox near each User Regarding too. So form submission can apply to some, but not all students. A pizza order form comes to mind.
