OnBoard official notes username | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

OnBoard official notes username placeholder

We would like an enhancement to be able to have a prospective parent username placeholder under OnBoard official notes. Currently it is just for populating student information. We find the enhancement helpful because they only deal with parents as they are an elementary school.

This placeholder only sends the Candidate name, which relatively defeats the purpose when you are trying to communicate with the parents, and let the Parents of Candidate know their usernames.

Include username as placeholder in onBoard Official Notes Merged

I wanted to use Official Notes to send out parent emails with username if a parent called asking for a username (we have opted NOT to assign usernames to inquirers) but no easy way to do it since Username is not a placeholder.
