Include username as placeholder in onBoard Official Notes Merged

I wanted to use Official Notes to send out parent emails with username if a parent called asking for a username (we have opted NOT to assign usernames to inquirers) but no easy way to do it since Username is not a placeholder.

    Agreed...this is a huge inconvenience. It would be a wonderful addition and I also think it needs to be better explained that the UserName field that is currently there is only for students.
