Would like report to bulk print candidate submitted forms (tests, interviews, etc)

Currently if the information (such as test scores) needs to be shared with a teacher, this requires:

1) Giving a teacher onBoard access, -OR-

2) Printing the files one at a time to share the physical copy

By having a report that can select a (year, checklist step, and entering grade) for which to print candidate submitted files, this would allow a much smoother process to share necessary information.

    We have this issue with the process of moving over to digital files as well- there's no good way we've found to make a file available to the admission committee that doesn't involve having printed files. We also like to pass around the files to teachers so that they can comment as well.

     

    Ideally, there would be a Role with very limited access that we could give teachers so they can review all the material, add their own notes, but not be able to view things like Financial Aid. Being able to bulk "print" a file to a PDF would be a nice bridge in the meantime.
