For Smart contracts, allow payment method dropdown choice of "Using existing method"
Parents with a Smart Tuition account have already specify a primary payment method (ACH, Credit Card). When completing a contract, they should have an option to choose to use that existing method, without having to re-enter payment method details.
Provide option on the contract for parents to select the same payment method as the previous year and banking information to roll over if on auto-draft. Each year parents will call after receiving a late notice for the 1st payment of the new school year thinking it was going to draft as the previous year's payments had been done.
If the parents had an option on the contract to see the payment method from the current school year within Tuition Management, and check a box that allows that same payment method to be applied to the future year, it could save them a lot of time and misunderstandings.
