Online Transcript Form Merged

It would be of great help if onBoard had the ability for the parents to enter the registrar's email and the registrar can upload the transcripts and grades right up to the applicant checklist.

    We are delaying using the application until this can be added. We require official transcripts and want this to be easy for parents.
