It would be helpful if all grade levels were visible to the backend users. We have a grade level that we do not open up to applicant parents. There is little to no attrition at this level so it doesn't make sense to take in a lot of applications we're not going to need. Occasionally, we do have an opening and we look at previous waitlisted applicants or manually add an applicant. We have to select Open Grade Level to Inquiry to be able to manually add a student to this level and then close it back down. Much better would be if all grade levels were available to managers.
