Update language in Terms & Conditions of a SMART/Enrollment Management contract
Currently, under "Review Terms and Conditions" on a SMART/Enrollment Management Contract, there are phrases such as "see reverse side," which is not applicable for a digital contract that has the entirely of the terms displayed on the screen.
I will add to this that the lawyers should review this entire section and replace Smart Tuition with Tuition Management. After the rebranding, our parents (especially incoming parents) are confused by the reference to something that doesn't match their experience on the website.
Could the terms on the agreement please match the terms that will apply to the family, which I believe are currently at the link below? Before feeling comfortable signing, parents need to know the fee percentages.
