The Official Notes in Enrollment Management, needs a notification via email (in addition to the new note  unread color, to the Admissions person that originally sent the Official Note.

The unread button doesn't always work. I just spent loads of time trying to find a lone response to an official note and had to scroll multiple times over 1.5 years back to try to find one. Still haven't found it!
Having an email be sent to us would help solve this issue. We shouldn't allow parents to respond to Official Notes if there isn't an easy way to filter them! Please fix.
