"Set it and forget it" for date and timing for generating Contracts, like there is for decisions. Merged

We can "set and forget" an admissions decision for a candidate - including the date AND time for publication. I would request the same for Contracts. Our school can only have Contracts available to families offered admission on a certain date and on a certain TIME. If generated prior to this date/time, then it is visible to the family.
