We currently evaluate candidates during an admissions visit, and as part of that evaluation we ask teachers to complete a short paper form. Later, the answers are typed in or scanned and uploaded into the candidates record. We would like to enable the reviewing teacher, perhaps as part of committee review, to complete this assessment directly into the child's record. Ideally this would not be part of the final committee reviewer assessment, just as a part of the students record collected information gathering phase. This information should not be visible to the parent or be part of their checklist.
This should be a foundation block of Enrollment Management. If you have the ability for an online outside of the organization message to be sent for a recommendation you should have this. I think you do but you're just not smart enough to realize it. One of the problems lies with forms. You can create the form needed but there is no real way to assign it in the checklist once you create the flow. When the flow is created it wants to treat it as it's from the parent. Also, in general, your Forms stink overall as far as flow goes. Once a form is created it should be accessible in Core. I have complete Admin access. Forms are all over the place and nothing seems to connect to anything. It is just hard to believe that a company that specializes in these core elements of managing a school seems to have zero clue how to set up a platform to manage and run a school. I think what we have asked for is a simple role, task, or form connection fix. But I've now spent a month attempting to fix this or find a work around. Let's take some time and do something to help your customers and streamline the automations when it comes to forms and admissions and checklist management.
This would be very helpful for us too.
Does anyone know if this is a new option?
