I am suggesting we set up an "enabling" date for payment plans in contracts. We operate a rolling admissions process throughout the year. Because of this, we update payment plans to correspond with the enrollment month on a monthly basis. We do this so that parents do NOT have the option to choose payment plans that start outside of the month of their enrollment. However, if we were able to set enabling dates for payment plans in contracts, this would eliminate the manual update we must do for all of our contracts. We could set payment plans to appear for parents only within the time frames of their given enrollment.

Ultimately, we would like to remove this manual update we do with payment plans on our contracts. This is one suggestion.
