Once candidates who have not completed their contract are inactivated, their contract remains active unless we individually return it. It would be great to be able to either bulk inactivate contracts or make it so that contracts become inactive once a candidate is inactive. Currently, we have inactive candidates still getting contract reminders since contract expiration dates are updated on a weekly basis.
This says it's been implemented but when I inactivate a candidate the unsigned contract is still visible and prompts parents to complete the contract.
When a candidate is made inactive, the contract should be inactivated/removed.
Why does this say "Implemented" ?
Parents and candidates who are inactivated and put into the parent of past candidate and past candidate role, not longer recieve contract reminders.
This is still a significant problem for us. When parents decline an acceptance, we inactivate the candidate, however they continue to receive reminder emails to complete the contract (which, again, they can't see anymore because the login has been disabled). There is no reason that inactive candidates should receive contract reminders. If a bulk inactivation is not possible, then please set it so that inactive candidates do not receive reminders. Thanks.
