We add all official notes related to all contracts (enrollment & re-enrollment) in official notes in Enrollment Management. We currently can't add official notes in enrollment management to anyone who is a student. We need to two these for two different reasons: (1) We have multiple schools and we can record official notes to document school enrollment changes in enrollment management when one student requests a campus change. (2) We can't record required contract changes (changes in fees for a specific student w/ reason) in Enrollment Management.
