Add campus/grade level to Admissions Progress Page

When candidates submit an inquiry form/create an account, they need to select a campus and grade level. However, once taken to the 'Admissions Progress Page' and once starting the application, they are unable to ever see again which campus/grade level they are applying to from their portal.
