Right now we cannot re-order the items in a checklist, which makes it very difficult to update year as processes and timelines may change year to year. Having to delete the items and then re-add them to be in the correct order is very frustrating. Allowing checklist steps to be moved within a milestone will help in our rollover process and provide more flexibility for schools' individuality of process.
I have been able to reorder checklist steps by selecting "Edit order" under the heading. It's a button right next to "Add milestone."
