UN is auto populated when processing inquiry or application when selecting "create new user"

Since the only UN is only the email address, when marking "create new user" during the processing of an inquiry, the field (See the picture with arrow) should auto populate w/ UN (email address) vs manually entering it orgenerating it after the fact. Not sure why this was not auto done when the change to email as UN was put in. Also the ability to put the username in the reply email for inquiries
