After a candidate is enrolled and becomes a student, teachers who were not part of the candidate review process but who will have a given student or students in their classes want to review certain elements of the candidate info for the student (e.g., English teacher recommendation, student records, the student questionnaire).

We would like to give view access to this information to certain faculty members for certain students (or groups of students) without having to artificially put all of our teachers into a review committee.
