We use the School Program field to sign preschool students up for our less than 5 day offerings. We have 2 day, 3 day, and 5 day half day and full day options for preschool. We would like to be able to see each students selection based on each enrollment year. Right now, School Program is tied to the current enrollment year. SO if we start enrolling students for next year and they want to move from 2 days to 3 days, we LOSE the information that lists them as a 2 day student for this year. The way we have been managing this is to create an Admin View Only field that preserves the current year's School Program field.
