Currently, the only way for admissions staff to re-send a recommendation request for a candidate, or to get information about the recipient of the request, is to impersonate the parent. Please add functionality to allow admissions staff to perform these tasks through the checklist or via some other method.
Please implement tracking so that the email address that the form was sent to is what shows up on the completed form. We have had several instances where the parent has sent it to themselves and written in a teacher's email address...
Even just to have notifications available for admissions staff when a parent submits a recommendation request would be a plus.
