Allow school to see same view on recommendation requests as parents

It would be really nice to not have to impersonate a parent to see who they sent a recommendation to, and when. Is it possible to put that same view on the school side checklist?

Allow Admissions Managers to invite individuals to submit recommendations for candidate themselves , instead of always having to have the parent of the candidate invite individuals for candidate recommendations?
