While having the Parent set up to invite individuals for recommendations for canddiates works well, we often get requests directly from individuals who wish to submit a recommendation for a candidate. Since we do not have a way currently to invite a recommender and/or generate a link that ties back to the candidate record, we often need to reach out to the parent directly, for them to invite the individual to submit a candidate recommendation themselves. If we could generate and send a link ourselves as Admissions Managers, that would help us and save us time, without the need for additional outreach.
