.. currently have to scroll through the list of all sent Official Notes in order to find the green highlighted reply. It should be an easy filter.
I am so tired of having to write about this complaint. It can't be that hard an adjustment to sort unread notes to appear at the top of the list. It is ridiculous that I have to scroll through thousands of notes to find the highlighted one. What is the point of having a two communication system with families if is so impossible to use? I cannot rely on it. And I can't afford not to waste my time hunting down a reply in case it is something important. Most of my collegues never pay attention to unread official notes because it is a pain to use and who knows how many important messages have fallen through the cracks. PLEASE FIX THIS
When will BB consider this as important. Communication is a key to the admissions process and when we/the admissions team fail to see the notes effectively it hinders the relationship. What is the point of having official notes if they are trustworthy to use? I think there is a serious glitch in the system too. I literally have to scroll through the sea of notes to try and find the unread note and even then it is not there. I've used support to help and they can't find the unread note either.
You can sort of filter them by clicking "Unread" under the Parent section on the side. But sometimes that doesn't work perfectly either. Official Notes still has a way to go to make it functional. Many in my office do not trust it as messages fall through the cracks sometimes.
I would like to be able to see replies from Official Notes and messages appear at the top or a function to be able to sort to find them. instead I have to scroll through hundreds of sent messages looking for the highlighted one. consequently, really important messages that require a direct and timely response i send via Outlook instead of the internal BB system.
