Organization of Official Notes

We are spending a lot of time scrolling to find newly added Official Notes.  We are tracking any activity with candidates via Official Notes and adding on to a previous note when one exists.  If the original note was written 9/4, the note still retains its position from 9/6 even if a add a new entry today.  Please make any appended Official Note sort to the top of the list just like the new official notes do.

    PLEASE help us by giving us a way to sort our official notes. At the very least, having unread official notes at the top of the list would be crucial.

    We are missing messages from families because we can't sort and the list sometimes won't always allow me to scroll us all the way to the bottom. I hit refresh or log out and log back in with no luck.

    In general, once an official note is sent, any record of HOW it was sent vanishes.  e.g. if sent to a class or to individuals....

    There should *DEFINITELY* be a record of an official note sent

    [cf "Netsolutions" in EE: it's at least 10 years old and it does this]

    Also, this request is 3 years old!

    We have to try and sort through so many official notes to see the notes that have an active conversation on them. The notes with new activity are not populating to the top of the list. Often times the program doesn't allow me to scroll any further so I refresh and try again and it lets me scroll a little further but then often times never do find the new activity because the program stops loading all of the official notes. It is very time consuming and it shouldn't be this hard. Its like trying to find a needle in a haystack!

    A sort or filter feature would be most helpful!  Even an unread button would help!

    We are finding it highly inconvenient as well.  There should be a way to sort by "date received" or filter all unread notes rather than have everything organized by when they were sent.
