Add an "unread" status option for reading responses to official notes Merged

It's a pain to scroll through all your sent notes looking for the blue box that indicates an unread note response. Users should be able to select "unread" in the status box that currently only gives the option of "drafts" and "sent"

    YES! please, please fix this. Not being able to weed through "sent" and "received" is ridiculously frustrating and messages become LOST!!
