We use this notification to alert various departments (IT, Library, key card access, etc.) that a new student has enrolled. It would be helpful if the notification included Grade Level, Division or other basic information without having to open the individual record. Some departments may either vary their set up or not be required depending on the grade level.
Does this need to be merged with idea K12OB-I-2475, "Additional Fields needed for Candidate Enrolled Notification" and idea K12OB-I-2137, "Click the Vote button on the left. It will turn from grey to green"?
This would be such a help!
