Additional Fields needed for Candidate Enrolled Notification
Please add additional fields that can be included in the Candidate Enrolled Notification. It would help those receiving the notification to know the grade level or division of the new student as different workflows depend on that information.

Provide more fields to notification
Merged Please add Entering Grade, Boarder or Day, start date, enrollment year. Many people use these notifications to start other threads of work. This would reduce research time.0 Implemented

Allow for custom fields for the "Candidate Enrolled " Notification to at least include the grade.

This update has been hugely beneficial. Thank you very much. As we enter into enrollment season for the upcoming year one thing we have noticed is that future year and current year enrollments are in the same email and we are unable to distinguish between the 2 without pulling up the students records. There are immediate actions that need to be taken for current year students. Being able to identify them via the notification email would very helpful.
Can you also include entering year?

It's also super important when enrollment staff changes over during the summer because they will not just recognize the student name and know the associated grade.
This is very essential to the work flow of student enrollment and course registration and class placements.

Agree. Being able to have the list look something like this would be super helpful to all of the folk on campus who need to know when a new student is enrolled:
