Add an any or all option for completed checklist steps on the candidate list.

Presently if a school wants to identify what students have a group of steps completed, but are missing a specific one they need to search for each step individually. If a school wants to waive step D for everyone who completed ABCE but not those with missing steps, they need to search individually.

    Yes, this would be a HUGE help. It's next to impossible to search for candidates who have completed some steps within a milestone but not others (for example, students who are required to get two recommendations and have received one but not the other). Something as simple as AND or OR functionality on a candidates list would be wonderful.
