It would be a big help for admissions staff/the author to receive email notifications when a family replies to an official note. Often times, families will respond to notes within Enrollment Management and not via email. These responses aren't immediately displayed without adjusting filters and it would help prevent replies slipping through the cracks if a notification was sent to the author.
