The placeholders for the official note and corresponding email notification are different. The notification still uses the terminology “nickname” which was phased out awhile ago. We often copy the official note body of text to the email notification since they should be identical. It the placeholder names are not the same. This has caused us to send erroneous emails without the student name since the placeholders are named different. It would be so helpful if these were consistent.
