Make status Applicant once the application is process Merged

I am checking back on the status of this. It's very frustrating having to employ work around for this.

Sarah, please don't mark this as implemented as it has not. What you mention below is awork around.

Ash, I would love to find out how you did that. My issues is that I want them to have the option before they complete the application to sign up for Open House or a tour. I don't want to "auto-waive" these options once they apply, because I want them to still show as awaiting items until they actually schedule them. I could put them after the application milestone, but then I can't "hide following steps until completed" because it would hide the open house and the tour option. My email is rgreen@mpcds.com if you can share a screenshot that gets around this. Here is a screenshot of ours.

    Hi Reed,

Everyone has a different progression for when their candidates reach the applicant status. However, we did just add the ability to "auto-waive" prior steps. This allows prior steps to be automatically auto-waived once a certain step has been reached. It's all within the checklist settings.

    Thank you,

    Sarah

Ours changes from "Inquiry" to "Applicant" once the application is processed. It depends on how the other steps are set up, but we were able to do this by having it as an "existing milestone." I can show you our setup, or I'd be happy to look at yours and offer suggestions if you add a screenshot.
