Maintain all submitted file types when merging duplicate users
Currently when merging duplicate Candidate users the system will only preserve the Application form on the oldest record as well as file types. Any file types submitted on the newest user record are lost after merging users.
I can't even believe that this needs to be a recommendation! I am furious that there is not even a message or warning that tells you that checklists and files will or might be lost. I reached out to tech support and they were like, oh yeah, you should totally back up the files before merging!
