Decision type new placeholder - [Entering Grade (without School Level)]

Please add the [Entering Grade (without School Level)] placeholder to the decision types.

The [Entering Grade (without School Level)] was added to official notes and was a wonderful addition.

    Bryan - the [Entering Grade] placeholder in decision types doesn't include school level by default. However, it would be really nice if the placeholders were consistent across all areas of EMS. Even adding [School Level] as a placeholder in decision types would be helpful, although standardizing them would be even better.
